This half-day seminar is organised on the occasion of the visit in Lyon of Dr Ruishan Chen, from East China Normal University (ECNU) in Shanghai. It will give us an opportunity to identify possible topics for collaboration with ECNU (a large research university in the geographic sciences and a strong institutional partner from both Université de Lyon and ENS de Lyon). The seminar will also be the occasion to present the advancement of current projects across research strands 2, 5 and 8 of the lab, projects that all speak to its overarching research theme, “The dynamics of change”.
